利用生活資源，讓學生體驗學習.
教學要密切聯繫學生的生活實際, 從學生的生活經驗和已有的知識出發, 創設有助於學生自主學習, 合作交流的情境, 讓枯燥的課堂煥發生機, 充滿活力, 激發學生學習的興趣. 因此在教學中, 要充分利用生活資源, 從學生身邊熟悉的生活情境和感興趣的事物出發, 讓學生體會到教學就在身邊, 感受到學習的趣味和作用, 體驗到教學的魅力.

Use life resources to let students experience learning.
Teaching should be closely related to the actual life of students, starting from students’ life experience & existing knowledge, creating a situation that is conducive to students’ autonomous learning & cooperative communication, so that boring classrooms can be brought to life, full of vitality, and stimulate students’ interest in learning. Therefore, in teaching, it is necessary to make full use of life resources, starting from the familiar life situations & things of interest around students, so that students can realize that teaching is around them, feel the interest & function of learning, and experience the charm of teaching.

Educational Tour
(教育之旅)

花費時間在課堂與朋友一起學習和探索新體驗肯定會幫助學生獲得共同的興趣. 特別是如果學生前往國外進行教育之旅, 可促使學生在離開祖國之前先了解有關常見活動的簡單術語, 以便在該國家獲得更好的社交和人際關係的體驗. 教育之旅最主要目的是讓學生建立更牢固的友誼, 增加探索的新知識和磨練他們的技能.

[友誼]
學生在學習模式下很難交到朋友, 這是因為結構和競爭性質很難形成持久的關係. 教育之旅可以幫助學生結交新朋友, 讓大家有機會相互交流並建立持久的友誼.

[探索]
教育之旅將是體驗有關其他文化新知識的附加值. 這些探索可促使學生了解更多糕點和烹飪藝術所使用的當地食材和生產過程.

[技能]
教育之旅可提升學生多項軟技能, 如溝通技巧, 文化意識, 自律, 適應能力, 自力更生, 解決問題和領導能力.

Spending time in the classroom with friends learning & exploring new experiences together will certainly help them some shared interest. Especially if you are traveling to a foreign country for your educational tour, it is advisable to learn simple terms about common activities for better social & interpersonal experiences in the said country before departing your homeland. Its main purpose is to allow students to build stronger friendships, increase exposure & hone their skills.

[Friendship]

It is difficult to make friends when you are always in the study mode, simply because the structure & competitive nature make it difficult to form a lasting relationship. A study tour may help you to build friends & allow students to really get to know their new found friends & form long-lasting friendship.

[Exposure]

A educational tour will be an added value to experience new knowledge about other cultures. These study tours will encourage the students to understand the local ingredients used & production process for both pastry & culinary arts.

[Skills]

A educational tour encourages students to enhance several soft-skills such as communication skills, cultural awareness, self-discipline, adaptability, self-reliance, problem-solving skills & leadership skills.

通过类似的培训项目, 可以提高当地雇员的能力和就业机会, 以解决填补职位空缺的问题.

让更多的商家雇主

在现有的雇员或聘用到对的雇员

实现双赢的局面

从雇主的角度来看：

当雇员技术能力提高, 公司品牌就有了保证, 就会得到消费者的认可.

从雇员的角度来看：

除了提升技术能力, 还可获得政府的补贴.

此项计划己在本学院开启着

并全力配合政府的培训计划, 服务和福利, 提供更全面的培训给予参与者, 以让社会各阶层都能以包容的方式让失业趋势逐渐减少.

A partnership between the government through TVET education institutions & PASAK with the goal of promoting more vocational education training activities, open to affected workers, graduates, unemployed personel & secondary school graduates.

Through similar training programs, the capabilities & local employment opportunities can be improved which helps to job vacancy issues we as a society are facing.

Allowing for more business employers to recruit existing employees or hire the right employees for the job.

Achieving a win-win scenario for both parties

From an employer’s perspective :

When employees’ technical skills improve, the company’s brand will also be improved which garners customer’s recognition.

From an employee’s perspective :

In addition to improving technical capabilities, you can also receive government subsidies.

This project has been ongoing in our academy & we fully cooperate with the government’s training programs, services & benefits to provide a more comprehensive training to the participants, so that all levels of society can gradually reduce the ongoing unemployment rate in our society.

为了提升学生与教职员对火灾安全的意识, 本院特邀马来西亚消防与拯救局 (Bomba) 进行一场消防安全简报会.

其目的 :

• 增强学生对火灾预防知识的了解

• 教导师生在火灾发生时的应对方法

• 说明制定火灾逃生计划的重要性

• 介绍 Bomba 的职责与日常任务

本次 Bomba 消防简报会有效增强了学生们的安全意识, 也让大家对消防员的工作有了更深入的了解.

In order to enhance the awareness of fire safety among students and faculty,

our school invited the Malaysian Fire & Rescue Department (Bomba) to conduct a fire safety briefing.

Purpose :

• Enhance students’ understanding of fire prevention knowledge

• Teach teachers and students how to deal with fires

• Explain the importance of making fire escape plans

• Introduce Bomba’s responsibilities and daily tasks

This Bomba fire briefing effectively enhanced students’ safety awareness & gave everyone a deeper understanding of the work of firefighters.

Fire drills are a safety activity held by academy to let students know what to do when a fire occurs.

By simulating a fire, everyone can learn how to use a fire extinguisher,

how to escape quickly & safely & how to stay calm in an emergency.

Next Friday is World Egg Day, the day the whole world applauds eggs!

Why celebrate eggs?

Because eggs not only complete breakfast
