此課程專門為學生準備該行業而設計. 課程從掌握基本技能到精煉技術, 再到發展自己的糕點製作風格, 循序漸進地教授.
在烘焙課程培訓過程期間, 學生不但必須掌握各種糕點與甜點的技巧能力, 同時也須具備勝任能力, 可以在各種複雜且非常規的情況下進行各項活動, 也需擁有過人創意與藝術性及勇於創新的精神. 此職業在待人處事方面也必須要有責任感, 獨立思考的能力, 以及自律能力.
The program is designed specially to prepare students to fit in the industry. The course is taught is progressively from the basic skills mastery to refined techniques & then developing own style in pastry production.
During the course of their baking training, students must not only master the baking skills of various pastries & desserts, they must also learn to be competent. Students will learn to perform various activities with different ranges of complexity & under unconventional situations, they will also grow to be creative & develop their spirit to innovate. This profession requires one to be responsible, independent thinking, and self-disciplined when dealing with both people & duties.

An Italian classis dessert. They went back with a big smile on their faces. Some people will say that interests can be eaten as a meal, of course cannot. But interests can be turned into careers, hard work is never in vain. They came in with no foundation & zero practical knowledge in our academy. But they strived & used their own interests to make decisions that’ll greatly benefit their future.
