Program Outline :
- Understand this history, types & trends of various beverages.
- Gain hands-on experience in brewing coffee & tea using different methods & equipment.
- Master the creation of chocolate drinks, fresh juices & smoothies.
- Learn proper equipment usage, maintenance & calibration for optimal beverage preparation.
- Develop customer service skills. including effective communication & beverage presentation.
- Implement proper storage & safety procedures to maintain quality & health standards.
- Create signature beverages & adapt to emerging trends in the beverage industry.
Program Structure :
Course duration 2 months. Embark on transformative journey with our comprehensive “International Award in Barista Skills” course, a 16 lessons program including assessments designed to immerse you in the world of coffee, tea & beverage preparation. Throughout this hands-on experience, which consists of 70% practical training & 30% theory, you’ll explore essential techniques such as brewing, tasting & crafting specialty drinks, all guided by industry experts. Additionally, you’ll learn vital customer service skills & the fundamentals of beverage management, equipping you to excel in the beverage industry. By the end of the course, you’ll not only have practical skills but also the confidence to create memorable experiences for your customers.
